    Our exclusive shot-doc from Tikapur.

    (Bunu Dhungana)

On August 24th, 2015, the protest against the constitution led by the Tharu community took an ugly turn in Tikapur. Four years later, on the same day, Tharuhut/Tharuwan National Conference was organized in the town at Cityhall. More than 15,000 people attended the conference. We went to Tikapur to see what the conference was about. Watch the short doc here.
